Cancellation Policy

7 to 14 days notice: 60% of first night.
48 hours to 6 days notice: 85% of first night.
Less than 48 hours: 100% of booking.
All Cancellations or Changes must be corresponded by email
and in turn we will acknowledge by email receipt of change or cancellation.

If you fail to cancel and do not show up,
The cancellation fee will be the total value of the booking and you will not be entitled to a refund.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from your card.

Our Checking in Time is between, as we structure our day around your arrival.
15:00 - 16:00 (pm)
16:00 - 17:00 (pm)
17:00 - 18:00 (pm)
If you have a Late or Early Arrival, Please advise as we will always try to accommodate your request
Late Arrival, It is recommended to take a Taxi from the airport
as driving in the dark after a flight journey can be difficult. .

Checking out time is 10:00 (am).

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you do not arrive before 18:00
unless prior arrangements have been made.

Its important to advise us if your running late to avoid rooms been released.

It is also important you know your obligations, to minimize the risk of paying fees.
